Product Details

Short overview

Shimano Vanford is a premium spinning reel for lure fishing, developed for anglers seeking low weight, quick response, and exceptionally smooth operation. Thanks to its CI4+ construction, advanced rotor system, and precise gearing, it is an excellent choice for a finesse approach, as well as for more serious spinning for zander, trout, asp, and pike.

Description

The Vanford is known for its very lightweight feel in the hand and fast start-up, making it ideal for active lure fishing throughout the day. The combination of a rigid CI4+ body, MGL Rotor, and advanced Shimano drive technologies delivers better control, reduced vibration, and stable operation under load. Long Stroke Spool and AeroWrap II help with longer and more even casting, while X-Protect increases water resistance and durability in demanding fishing conditions.
