Products can be returned at your own expense.

Please note that in case of a return, we do not refund the original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.

Shipping within Croatia (including islands)

Orders within Croatia are delivered via DPD or GLS courier service.

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the package, and the exact delivery fee will be displayed during the checkout process.

If cash on delivery (COD) is selected, the payment is made directly to the courier and does not affect the final shipping price.

Goods are delivered to your address, and deliveries are usually made on working days between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Unfortunately, we are not able to influence the exact delivery time, as it depends on the courier’s schedule.
The usual delivery time is 2–3 business days.

If you have any special delivery requests, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Important Notice

Upon receiving your shipment, depending on the value of the package and the laws of the country where the goods are delivered, you may be charged customs duties and administrative fees.

We do not cover these costs and cannot be held responsible for them. We recommend checking with the relevant authorities in advance to avoid any misunderstandings.
