PRIVACY POLICY

The privacy policy of Optimus Lab doo from Luja Bezeredija 41, Čakovec protects the privacy of its clients and expresses concern for their personal data in accordance with the General EU Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data 2016/679/EC (Regulation) and the Law on the Implementation of the General EU Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data NN 42/2018. With the privacy policy of Optimus Lab doo, it undertakes to process personal data exclusively according to the principles of the Regulation.

According to the Regulation, personal data is - all data relating to an individual whose identity has been determined or can be determined ("the respondent"), and an individual or respondent, as the Regulation calls him, whose identity can be determined is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly.

Processing:
According to the Regulation, processing means - any procedure or set of procedures performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, either by automated or non-automated means such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, retrieval, performing insights, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, matching or combining, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Data collection:
Optimus Lab doo only collects personal data that the customer enters independently. Data is collected by registering to use the web shop and through available web forms for receiving notifications (newsletters) or contact with employees of Optimus Lab doo. Data collection is necessary for the provision of web shop services, billing and delivery of purchased goods and services, and they are collected based on the conditions about use.
By creating a user account and managing it, data is collected (name, surname, e-mail address, postal code, place, address, phone number, date of birth)
Information collected when creating a user account on the website of Optimus Lab doo is used in the following ways:
• Name, surname, e-mail address are used for user identification and re-access to the online store.
• We use the e-mail address to contact you in case of incomplete purchase of the product, to send information about the availability of the product you want to buy
• Name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, postal code, location and address are used to process and track the order, including delivery of the product to the specified address
• We use name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number to manage disputes regarding purchases
• We need the date of birth due to the legal framework of the age of the user who registers (more about the legal age of the user under Safeguarding and Protection)
For a better user experience and easier use of our online store, all collected data will be stored for one year from your last use of the user account. At the end of this period, your user account will be automatically deleted.

Purpose and insight:
Personal data are used exclusively for the previously mentioned purposes and will be available to external processors during the processing process. External executors are renowned organizations from the EU that Optimus Lab doo hires to perform outsourced functions, namely bookkeeping, equipment hosting and delivery (GLS, Hrvatska pošta,). In addition, based on legal obligations, personal data will be made available to representatives of competent legal authorities.


Storage and protection:
Personal data will be stored and processed within the legal term.
Optimus Lab doo implements adequate protective measures for data protection, but cannot guarantee the protection of any information during transmission to or from the Internet site and cannot be responsible for the actions of any third party that receives such information. We always do our best to protect your personal data and once we receive it, we use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access to the data. As data transmission over the Internet is not entirely secure, we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to our site. You carry out each transfer as such at your own risk.

Respondents have the right to information, correction of personal data, their deletion and withdrawal of consent.
Information, correction, deletion - in order to exercise your right to information, correction of incorrect data or their deletion, please contact shop@matchfishing.hr . Your request will be resolved as soon as possible.
Correction - in order to change incorrect data, log in with your user account and make the necessary changes yourself.
Deletion - to request the deletion of your personal data, please contact shop@matchfishing.h. Please note that even though you have requested deletion, we will only delete data that we do not have to keep based on contractual and legal obligations. Your request will be resolved as soon as possible.
Withdrawal of consent - if you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, it is enough to click on Unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter.
