Savage Gear HOP Popper Frog 5.5cm 15g

Quick Overview

The Savage Gear HOP Popper Frog 5,5 cm 15 g is a surface frog lure designed for fishing in heavy cover, over lily pads, grass, and along vegetation edges. It combines a pronounced popping action, easy "walking" retrieval, and a high hook-up ratio, making it an excellent choice for targeting pike and bass on the surface.

Description

This topwater frog was developed for situations where classic lures struggle to get through without snagging. Thanks to its wide, powerful frog hook and the upward-pointing hook tip, the HOP Popper Frog moves through demanding terrain and triggers aggressive strikes from fish. It performs best in surface fishing with short rod-tip twitches, occasional pauses, and retrieval through holes in the grass, along lily pads, and into shaded pockets.
