Savage Gear Carbon49 Coated Wire 0.48mm 11kg (24lb) Grey

Short overview

Savage Gear Carbon49 Coated Wire 0,48 mm is a high-quality fishing wire for making leaders when fishing for predators. Thanks to its 49-strand construction, high abrasion resistance, and flexibility, it is an excellent choice for anglers looking for security and a more natural bait presentation.

Description

This coated steel wire is made from high-carbon stainless steel in a 7x7 structure, i.e. 49 strands, which gives it a very good balance of strength, softness, and durability. The abrasion-resistant Co-Polyamide coating provides additional protection for the wire when fishing in demanding conditions, around snags, rocks, and the teeth of predatory fish. It is suitable for making leaders for pike, zander, and other predatory species, and can be used for both crimping and knot tying.
