SALMO Hornet Sinking 5cm

Short Overview

The Salmo Hornet Sinking 5 cm is a sinking lure designed for predator fishing in deeper water layers and stronger current. Thanks to its 8 g weight and aggressive action, it quickly reaches the strike zone and triggers attacks from trout, chub, zander, and pike. It is an excellent choice for anglers looking for a reliable crankbait for precise water coverage.

Description

The Hornet Sinking 5 cm is one of Salmo’s best-known models for active fishing in deeper spots, along channel edges, depth transitions, river backwaters, and lake slopes. Its sinking construction allows it to quickly reach a working depth of 2,5 to 4,0 m, while its pronounced vibration and stable action deliver excellent results with steady retrieves, twitching, and stop-and-go retrieves. This wobbler stands out especially when it is important to keep the lure in the predators’ feeding zone.
