Rapala Squid Deep DSQ09

Short overview

Rapala Squid Deep DSQ09 is a deep-diving squid lure designed for fishing in deeper zones around algae, rocks, and crevices. The balsa body, large lip, and almost neutral buoyancy allow for a natural presentation and effective action at very slow speeds. It is an excellent choice for anglers looking for a reliable eging lure for shore or boat fishing.

Description

The DSQ09 model was developed for situations when squid are holding deeper and require a slower, controlled presentation. The large lip quickly activates the lure’s action and helps it dive into the desired zone, while the almost neutral buoyancy allows for pauses during the retrieve without losing attractiveness. The lure faithfully imitates a wounded or dying baitfish, making it highly effective for targeted squid lure fishing, as well as for covering ground while slow trolling.
