Rapala Precision Xtreme Pencil PXRP87

Short Overview

The Rapala Precision Xtreme Pencil PXRP87 is a surface pencil lure designed for targeting predatory fish feeding right on the surface. It features a pronounced Walk-the-Dog action, very long casting distance, and a robust construction for reliable performance in demanding conditions.

Description

This Rapala topwater model was developed for precise coverage of the water’s surface layer when predators respond to a fast, lively, and acoustically attractive presentation. The PXRP87 performs especially well when fishing for pike, perch, and zander in shallower zones, along the bank, over grass, or in places where a lure that stays on the surface and triggers strikes with side-to-side movement is needed.
