PENN Affinity III Spod 8000 Longcast

Quick overview

The Penn Affinity III Spod 8000 Longcast is a powerful longcast reel developed for spodding and marking in carp fishing. It delivers fast retrieve, excellent line lay, and reliable performance under heavy loads, making it an excellent choice for anglers looking for long and precise casts.

Description

This reel is designed for intensive use when baiting with a spod and precise spot marking. Thanks to extra slow oscillation, a long stroke spool, and a shallow tapered design, the line is laid evenly on the spool, helping to achieve greater distance and better casting control. A retrieve speed of 120 cm per handle turn further speeds up work on the water, especially when frequent casting and retrieving of the rig or spod is required.
