Shimano Cardiff Darthea 46S 47mm 4.6g

Quick overview

The Shimano Cardiff Darthea 46S is a sinking lure developed for precise coverage of the zone close to the bottom, especially when trout are holding in colder water. Its compact 47 mm body and 4,6 g weight provide good casting performance, a pronounced darting action, and an attractive fall. It is an excellent choice for anglers looking for an effective trout lure for lakes and other calmer waters.

Description

The Cardiff Darthea 46S is designed for situations when fish respond poorly to classic steady retrieves and require a presentation right along the bottom. With short twitches of the rod tip, the lure makes a sharp lateral dart, while on the drop it shows additional vibration and rolling action that provokes strikes. It stands out especially in trout fishing, including rainbow trout, when controlled sinking, precise animation, and a lower tendency to snag are needed.
