Madcat Black Heavy Duty Rod 2sec

Quick Overview

The Madcat Black Heavy Duty Rod 2sec is a robust catfish rod designed for demanding fishing in strong river currents and for long-distance casting. It is designed for anglers who need great power, reliable performance, and durable components for targeting large catfish with a float or subfloat rig.

Description

This 2-piece rod has been developed for tough carp fishing conditions and especially catfishing, where blank power, a secure grip, and resistance to intensive use are essential. The 24T carbon blank provides excellent power reserves, while the medium-fast action helps with fish control and more precise rig placement. SeaGuide AG guides without ceramic inserts further increase robustness, making it an excellent choice for catfish fishing in fast rivers and at longer distances.
