Shimano Ultegra CI4+ 14000 XTB

Short Overview

The Shimano Ultegra CI4+ 14000 XTB is a big pit reel designed for carp fishing and long, precise casting. Its lightweight CI4+ body, large spool capacity, and advanced Baitrunner system make it an excellent choice for anglers seeking reliability, control, and premium line lay.

Description

This Shimano reel was developed for demanding situations on large waters, when long casts, dependable performance under load, and precise control during the fight are required. Thanks to the combination of the Aero Wrap II system, slow oscillation, and AR-C spool, the Ultegra CI4+ 14000 XTB provides even line lay, reduced resistance on release, and better casting performance. It is especially suitable for carp fishing, fishing on large lakes, and situations where thicker monofilament lines or braided lines with a leader are used.
