Thanks to the detachable hinge system, the pans can be used together or separately, allowing greater flexibility when preparing different dishes. The ribbed exterior helps provide more even heat transfer, while the non-stick granite coating makes cooking, turning food, and cleaning after use easier. It is suitable for all traditional stoves and direct heat sources, but is not intended for induction hobs.
