The 45mm spool profile is already recognized as the ultimate spool size for very long casts. The new generation of the Emblem reel contains a special system of slow oscillation of the rotor called Slow Oscillation Cross Wrapp, which enables a better stacking of the line on the spool of the reel. The Metanium DC is the flagship model of the Shimano Europe baitcasting reels range.
