The perfect hairdo montage was Stefan Seuß's personal concern. Many new hook patterns were tested, but only the Cat Hooker was completely convincing.

Due to its almost round shape, the bait has enough space for natural movement. The round shape of the Cat Hooker also benefits the hooking properties. The wire thickness is chosen so that the Cat Hooker is extremely strong, yet inconspicuous. The welded eye also allows the use of monofilament material for guidance.
