CORUM

Korum Neoteric LC Reel – a feeder reel for longer and more precise castingLooking for a feeder reel that gives you more confident long-range casting and stable performance throughout the session? The Korum Neoteric LC Reel is designed for anglers who want a reliable reel for feeder fishing, whether you fish on a lake, canal, or slower-moving river. The Long Cast spool concept helps the line leave the spool more cleanly and with less resistance, which in practice means easier distance casting and better cast-to-cast consistency. This is especially useful when you need to keep returning your feeder or rig to the same spot.Key advantages and technologiesLong Cast spool: reduces resistance as the line leaves the spool and helps with longer, smoother casts, which is important when fishing at greater distances.Reliable drag: provides better control during the fight, especially when the fish makes short, powerful runs close to the bank or under the rod tip.Feeder-oriented power transfer: makes retrieving the feeder easier and supports consistent performance over many hours of fishing without the reel feeling heavy or hard to wind.Practical reel sizes: the available versions make it easier to match the reel with a lighter or more powerful feeder rod and your fishing distance.Available variants55006500Frequently asked questionsQ: Which technique is this reel best suited for?A: The Korum Neoteric LC Reel is primarily intended for feeder fishing, especially when clean line release and repeatable casting to the same spot are important to you.Q: Which size should I choose, 5500 or 6500?A: The 5500 size is a better choice if you want a lighter setup and more often fish at medium distances. The 6500 size is better suited to fishing at longer range and with more powerful feeder setups.Q: Is this reel suitable for long-distance casting?A: Yes, the Long Cast design is exactly its main practical advantage. This type of spool helps the line leave more evenly, making it easier to achieve distance.Q: Which rods is this reel best paired with?A: It pairs best with medium and more powerful feeder rods, depending on the reel size selected. For a balanced setup, choose the 5500 for lighter and all-round feeder rods, and the 6500 for more powerful distance models.
