Illex Grinch Hot Tiger - 65261

Short overview

Illex Grinch Hot Tiger is a hybrid surface lure that combines the silhouette of a frog and a shad for an exceptionally provocative presentation. It is intended for anglers looking for an effective topwater lure for pike and bass fishing in shallow, weeded, and hard-to-reach areas.

Description

This floating lure particularly stands out in surface fishing over grass, lily pads, reeds, and submerged obstacles. The soft frog-shaped body, combined with a shad-style tail and an inversely positioned tail fin, creates pronounced vibrations and an attractive surface trail. The Illex Grinch performs excellently when worked with the walk the dog technique, but also on a steady retrieve with short pauses, making it a very versatile choice for active predator fishing.
