Part of the massively successful F1 range, F1 Dark is the perfect mix to use either on its own or to darken other groundbaits. It is one of our most versatile groundbaits because it performs equally as well through the warmer months as it does when the color drops out of the water over winter. Developed by Des Shipp for catching F1's and commercial carp F1 has proven to be a revolution in modern fishmeal based groundbaits. It has also proven to be very successful with skimmers too. Since its release it has been the groundbait of choice by many top anglers and spent devastating in many matches at many different venues. By adding our unique blend of sweet attraction to a blend of fishmeals and crushed pellets we have created a groundbait which starts catching from the whistle and with prolonged holding power ensures the fish stay in your swim. It is easy to mix and binds well to a method feeder and breaks down quickly, this is all down to the ingredients used. The fine fishmeal particles create an inactive mix when dampened which is perfect for a rapid breakdown of feed around the hook. It can also be balled, or cupped in as slop. F1 Dark is part of a bigger range including hookbaits, feed pellets, pastes and liquids which can all be used by themselves or in conjunction with other baits. MIXING GUIDELINES F1 Dark is simple to mix. Empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, fill a 2 pint maggot tub with water, pour this onto the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then allow it to rest for 30 minutes, during this time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait . Then for best results; to remove any lumps and create an even consistency, pass the groundbait through a riddle and it is ready to use. When fishing sun and wind may dry the groundbait out a little, to combat this you can cover the mixed groundbait with a damp towel or if it does dry out just add a little more water and mix again.

At Sonubaits we source top quality ground krill then set about working with our world class consultants to combine different crushed pellets in order to find the winning combination. The finished product is Supercrush Krill, a groundbait designed specifically to combine these winning ingredients. In the UK, massive catches have been across commercial fisheries on the mix. Best used in the margins, it combines the powerful attraction of krill with the blend of ingredients that keeps the fish in the swim. With the resurgence of silver fish fishing, we have decided that it is time to produce four new groundbaits specifically for silvers. We have developed these groundbaits in conjunction with some of the best silver fish anglers in the UK including Des Shipp, Tommy Pickering, Lee Kerry, Steve Saunders, Adam Wakelin, Mick Vials, Michael Buchwalder, Scott Geens & Will Freeman. We took a fresh look at the market and decided to produce four new groundbaits, all of which could be mixed straight from the bag or mixed with the others in the range to tailor a groundbait for a specific day on a specific venue. Being able to mix them with each other was of great importance to all of our anglers as natural venues change and therefore the groundbait needs to change to suit the conditions and the methods on the day. In general to create a heavier mix for slower break down in deeper water use Supercrumb River to strengthen the mix, for a darker mix with less feed increase the amount of Supercrumb Black, for a more active, lighter mix increase the amount of Supercrumb Lake and for a mix which is sweeter with a higher food content increase the amount of Supercrumb Bream, the possibilities really are endless.

Super Carp Method Mix has high levels of feed attractors and food value which brings fish into your swim. It mixes up very easily and because of its binding properties creates a sticky mix to which other particles such as pellets, corn or broken boilies can be added. Maggot Fishmeal: At Sonubaits we know the difficulty many anglers face when choosing their groundbait. Consulting with our team of anglers, we have created a mix that really is a true all-rounder. The key ingredient is our crushed maggots! Maggots really are an all-round bait and they have been responsible for catching millions of fish over the course of time. Integrating them into ground bait was never going to be easy, but we have taken fresh maggots, then dried and crushed them to form the key ingredient in this mix. Ground maggots add a significant protein content and smell to the ground bait, a natural fish attractor, catches on this ground bait have already exceeded expectations. To complement the ground bait, we have combined well-balanced combinations of various crushed pellets, fishmeals, breads and hemp, to give a natural brown color. A winner for just about every fish, and a particular favorite for Bream and Carp, Maggot fishmeal, this ground bait should be your turn to choose next time you can't quite decide on that all-round mix!

Hemp & Hali Crush is made using 95% Hemp and Halibut pellets crushed together. We have kept large particles of bait in the mix to provide a high food content for the fish and with the smaller particles creating the feeding zone and the larger particles to keep the fish grubbing around for the food content the fish stay in the feeding area for longer. This is such a versatile mix that it can be used as a method mix, stick mix, feeder mix, spodded or just balled in to create a bed of particles. My favorite way of using it is to mix it very wet and mold it round a lead when fishing on the River Severn for Barbel, it would be fair to say that the majority of my fish come to this tactic. (Ian Day, Sonubaits) I often feed a spot down the edge with Hemp & Hali Crush which I come back to in the last hour of a match, this is where I generally pick up the bigger fish from. We've managed to develop a range of baits to include all of the important flavors and attractants of bloodworm into the everyday baits that anglers use, such as groundbait, pellets and paste. In testing, these baits have produced amazing results, often outscoring other baits. The groundbait can be used on the Method Feeder, in a Cage Feeder or even on the pole. Its texture and contents make it extremely versatile. We've even managed to pack as much flavor as possible into a number of other Bloodworm Fishmeal products, such as Liquid Flavor, Pastes, Soft Hooker Pellets and Feed Pellets. You can use these products for a number of different fishing types and situations. The Feed Pellets can be used around a Method Feeder after being soaked in water, add the Liquid Flavor to your pellets to give them a boost when pole fishing, or use the Bloodworm Fishmeal One-to-One Paste to make the perfect consistency paste. Paste is a bait often not used by anglers because of the soft texture, it is very easy to pull the hook out of the paste, often frustrating anglers so much that they stop fishing with it.
