The Drennan Pull Bung is aimed at the pole angler who wants to tighten up the elastic temporarily when landing a fish. This clever device enables the angler to adjust the amount of elastic a fish can take from the base end of a top kit.
Used sensibly it can enable an angler to effectively use a lighter grade of pole elastic and still be in control of both large and small fish. The pack comes with two different sizes of toggle beads to accommodate a wide range of solid and hollow elastics. It also comes fitted with super slick PTFE bushes at both the top and bottom.
The tapered cone can be carefully cut back to fit inside your pole section to the appropriate depth. Ref: TOPBU001

There are two Carp keepnets and two Carp/Silverfish keepnets, both available in 8ft (2.5m) and 10ft (3m) lengths. Each is made from super soft, carp fishery approved mesh with a robust, fail-safe Angle Tilt mechanism. The Carp keepnets are 40cm by 50cm wide and feature fine carp-sack-style mesh throughout, plus weighted base rings. The Carp/Silverfish versions are 35cm by 45cm wide and made from soft micromesh material with a carpsack-style base over the bottom two or three sections. Again, the last few base rings are weighted. It is also very easy to accommodate sensible sized landing nets inside both sizes of keepnet. Each keepnet has a tab at the base that is large enough in diameter to take a bankstick so that they can be staked out if necessary.

Drennan Grippa Stops are large, tapered rubber float stops which hold position on the line exceptionally well. The Grippa Stop's bulbous end makes a perfect stop for small sliding rings, or for locking wagglers into position. Two Grippa Stops next to each other provide even more security when casting heavy bombs, wageglers and feeders. The direction of the stop on the main line can also be reversed by taking it off the wire onto a loop of nylon and then transferring it to the reel line.

The Drennan Hook Tyer enables you to tie spade end hooks with ease, right down to a size 26 if required. Simple to use instructions are included. Hold the hook tire in your left hand with the metal clamp facing upwards. Place your hook, point upwards, into the tire and press down on the metal clamp to lock the hook into place. Pass your line around the clamp. Ensure that the line is held tight at all times and rotate the tieer away from you ensuring your line lays directly underneath the spade of the hook. After one full rotation, alter the angle of the line coming off the spade so as to begin whipping down the hook shank. Remember to keep the line tight at all times. After between ten and fourteen turns wrap the loose end of the hook length around the back of the brass peg located on the nose of the tyer. At this point, a bit of saliva will help lubricate your line. Depress the clamp fully and pull gently on your hook length until the largest loop is pulled tight. Unlock the clamp and pull the hook length again until your hook and line becomes free. Trim the loose ends to finish.
