Drennan Acolyte Silverfish

Short overview

Drennan Acolyte Silverfish are premium hooks for silverfish, designed for precise and sensitive float and feeder fishing. Fine yet forged and reinforced wire, a micro barb, and a PTFE coating ensure quick hook-ups, long-lasting sharpness, and reliable fish holding. They are an excellent choice for anglers looking for a traditional silverfish hook pattern for maggots, pinkies, and worms.

Description

The Acolyte Silverfish model was developed for fishing smaller and delicate silverfish, where bait presentation, ease of hooking, and security during the fight are equally important. Thanks to the fine wire construction made from high-carbon steel and the forged body, these hooks offer an excellent balance between subtlety and strength.

They are suitable for fishing bream, rudd, roach, and other silverfish, especially when using natural baits such as maggots, casters, and worms. The spade end is ideal for tying fine hooklengths and achieving precise presentation in still and running waters.
