Abu Garcia Cardinal STX Spinning Reels

Short overview

Abu Garcia Cardinal STX spinning reels are designed for anglers looking for a reliable, lightweight, and smooth reel for everyday spinning. The combination of a graphite body, aluminum spool, and even line lay makes them an excellent choice for use with monofilament, fluorocarbon, and braided line.

Description

The Cardinal STX series was developed for anglers who want a good balance of weight, strength, and durability in a modern spinning reel. The lightweight graphite body and rotor reduce fatigue during all-day fishing, while the machined aluminum spool provides added strength and confidence under load.

The reel is suitable for various freshwater spinning techniques, including lure fishing, light and medium spinning, and general predator fishing. Slow oscillation helps achieve neat line lay, contributing to longer casts and less tangling.
