The Drennan Carp 7 features a specially banded tip plus a wire stem for extra stability.
The banded tip really helps with spotting shy bites and lift bites and is available as either red-black-yellow or yellow-black-yellow. The special Glow Tip paint finish also increases visibility in mixed or low light conditions.
The slim, elongated rugby ball shape makes it ideal for stillwaters and slow moving venues. A hollow 1.5mm tip combined with a 0.6mm wire stem offers the float excellent buoyancy and stability.
The Carp 7 can be successfully used to present a multitude of hook baits, including maggots, casters, pellets, sweetcorn, punched bread and worms.
As with the rest of the Carp family, it features a super tough acrylic paint finish and our unique black stainless steel spring eyes.
The Carp 7 copes especially well in deep venues and is excellent when you need to combat surface drift and undertow. It is available in nine sizes from 0.2g right up to 1.5g.

The SF2 come in sizes; 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.8 and 1g and features a teardrop balsa body which is perfect for fishing with maggot and casters all year round.
One of the key features of this pole float is the addition of interchangeable solid plastic 1mm tips. These are available in four colours; red, orange, yellow and black. These fit nicely into the bonded low diameter plastic housing which features a ribbed surface finish to ensure secure binding.
The 0.1 to 0.6g floats have a 0.5mm stems and the 0.8 and 1g floats have a 0.6mm stem. The nickel-titanium steel stems are self-straightening, ensuring they stay straight at all times.
The eye is glued into the side of the float to which helps the float to settle correctly. The floats also feature our extra tough acrylic paint finish which stops the line from cutting into the body of the float.

The AS5 ‘pencil’ is the latest addition to the Alan Scotthorne signature range of pole floats.
This slim shape first became popular for roach and silverfish, as it offers very little resistance to shy-biting fish. Many anglers now appreciate the benefits of this design for catching carp, F1s and quality silverfish on commercial fisheries. The AS5 can be used with practically any hook bait from pellets and maggots to punched bread and sweetcorn.The slim profile of the AS5 offers great bite detection and cuts through the water really cleanly on the strike. Importantly, this float is also extremely strong and durable with a top-grade balsa body protected by a special acrylic ‘shell’ that is incredibly tough and hardwearing.

The Crystal Diamond is the latest addition to Drennan Crystal Pole Float range made using our unique blow-moulding technology.
Although primarily designed for fishing medium to larger baits in open water, the classic shape of the Crystal Diamond makes it a truly versatile float.
The transparent Crystal® body ensures the float is much less conspicuous to wary fish which is a massive advantage over traditionally painted pole floats.
The strong and flexible clear Fibre Glass Stem gives extra stability and the 2.5mm hollow Glow tip gives fantastic visibility in almost any conditions.
