Widely used in the farming industry, this molecule buster as it's known, separates oily acid molecules using hydrophobic (water-repellent) and hydrophilic (absorbent) elements to help release the attractants found in oil-based flavours into cold water (essential oils and complex oils). Available in 100ml bottles. Use 2-5ml per 500g mixed with eggs to boost your liquid additives.
