RAPALA BX Skitter Frog BXSF05

Short overview

The Rapala BX Skitter Frog BXSF05 is a topwater frog lure designed for fishing in dense vegetation, over lily pads, and in other hard-to-access spots. It combines a sensitive balsa core with a durable copolymer outer shell for lively action and long-lasting durability. It is an excellent choice for anglers looking for a topwater lure to provoke aggressive predator strikes.

Description

This Rapala frog lure was developed for surface presentation in conditions where classic lures often get snagged. On the retrieve, it creates pronounced splashing, noise, and a hopping action that effectively imitates distressed prey right on the surface. It is suitable for targeting pike, bass, and other predators in shallow, weedy, and overgrown waters, especially when precise lure control is needed over grass, lily pads, and around cover.
