Description

This dissolving and buoyant foam is used to temporarily lift the rig or bait off the bottom so the setup settles properly on the spot. It can be folded over the hook or lightly moistened so it sticks around the hook, providing extra protection for the sharp hook point and helping create an anti-tangle effect. As it gradually dissolves, the bait slowly drops into a natural position, while a small piece of foam rises to the surface and acts as a visual marker above the rig. It is especially useful with carp rigs, longer hairs, softer hooklinks, and Zig presentations.
