Drennan Specimen Float Rod

Short Overview

The Drennan Specimen Float Rod is a premium float fishing rod designed for anglers seeking precise float control, excellent line management, and reliable playing of larger fish. Its slim, beautifully balanced blank and progressive semi-through action make it an excellent choice for delicate presentations on stillwaters and rivers.

Description

This model is an upgraded version compared to the "Plus" models and retains the traditional three-piece construction appreciated by anglers using float and specimen approaches. The faster tip section helps with more accurate casting and better rig control, while the progressive action effectively cushions fish surges when using finer hooklengths and lines. It is ideal for float fishing when sensitivity, control, and reliability during the fight are essential.
