Description

The Cryogen Classic model was developed over three years to offer an optimal balance of sharpness, durability, and strength in modern carp fishing. The extended straight point, slightly angled toward the hook shank, combined with a 13° in-turned eye, helps achieve fast hooking and reduces the chance of the hook being ejected during the fight.

This hook performs excellently with boilies, wafters, and other popular baits, and is especially suitable for classic carp rigs, anti-eject presentations, and use with shrink tube or a line aligner. The PTFE coating further reduces friction and contributes to smooth point penetration.

Technology

• Cryogenic tempering – a cryo-hardening process in which the hook is heated to 800 °C and then cooled over 24 hours to -195 °C to increase strength and resistance
• PTFE Tufflon coating – a smooth PTFE (Teflon) coating that reduces friction and helps the point penetrate faster
