The Rapala Skitter V SKV13 is a roundish-elongated, profiled 13cm, 28gram, floating pencil bait fishing lure that is designed for super, long distance casting, topwater action. The lure is designed with hard, angulated chines that run along both undersides of the lure to give it a V-shaped hull that has the effect of making it turn on a dime and walk effortlessly at various retrieve speeds. Perfect poise and balance, coupled with super casting distances are achieved with a short travel, double-weight travel system which also acts as an internal rattle system to enhance the sound track of the lure. Each turn exposes its flanks to light to fall off and cause shimmer, along with its 3D holographic eyes, to attract the attention of its intended prey.
