Kutter What a response we’ve had to the launch of this gem. It’s the brother to the Krusha and allows you to smash out loads of perfectly chopped boilies in double-quick time. There are three Kutters in the range that suit 16mm, 20mm and 25mm baits. To use them, simply depress the button, remove the plunger and drop in a few baits. Then use the plunger to force the baits down the Kutter, whereupon the inner blade slices them perfectly – and it’s practically effort-free! The resulting halved baits are superb in spod mixes and won’t roll off the spot at all, due to their shape – which is a bonus when targeting sloping gravel humps, marginal slopes or moving water.

Top level technology has created this line of Japanese origin; its breaking strain capacities and diameters have been rigorously tested and guaranteed. This is a highly refined product, recommended for rigging leaders and for competition use. The spools are protected by a special case which prevents ultraviolet rays from damaging the line; we reccomend it be constantly kept inits case. It is available only in spools of 50 meters each. Choddy This hook was designed primarily for use with the popular chod and hinged stiff rig presentations, alongside a stiff filament like Mouth Trap. However, its appeal doesn't end there, it's a super all-round pop-up hook, which can be used with rigs like Darrell Peck's N-Trap pop-up rig, as well as Tom Dove's N-Trap bottom-bait rig. To allow the sweeping curve of the chod rig to continue unhindered up onto the hook, the Choddy has an out-turned eye. The rest of it's shape is based around the magical dimension of the iconic Wide Gape pattern, with all its attendant hold-and-hold capabilities. The Choddy is thicker in the wire than the standard Wide Gape, which makes it perfect for the biggest carp in the world.
