With its 1 3/4lb test curve, the 12ff Series 7 Specialist Avon Quiver combo rod is the most powerful Specialist Avon Quiver in the range.
It is the ideal rod for the all-rounder, being ideally suited for use fishing for barbel and specimen chub on rivers, excellent for distance tench and bream fishing on stillwaters, or for taming hard-fighting carp on commercials with bigger feeders.
The rod is supplied with a choice of two top joints; a classic Avon style top and a quiver top, meaning the rod can be used for a wide range of methods. A 4oz glass and a 6oz carbon Feeder Tip is supplied, both with night sight white painted tips. Additional softer Feeder Tips from the range can also be purchased.
The rod is fitted with a full cork handle, screw-down reel seat and full SiC line guides. It is recommended for use with main lines of 6lb to 10lb and with casting weights up to a maximum of 3.5oz.
Two equal-length sections allow the rod to be made up and stored in a padded rod sleeve.

The Acolyte Pro Whip 800 is an 8m long tele/take-apart whip with put-over sections from four to eight.The Acolyte Pro Whip 800 is designed for speed fishing and long line to hand when bagging roach, dace and bleak on venues such as the River Wye, Thames, Trent etc...The whip is approximately 265g and yet ultra-strong. The whip comes as standard with a solid flick tip, but it also comes supplied with a PTFE bush, two types of PTFE plugs and PTFE bead to allow you to elasticate the number two section.Each section is numbered to allow the angler to know how long they are fishing and all of the joints are reinforced for extra durability and strength.

The Series 7 Puddle Chucker 12ft Method Feeder is the big brother to the 11ft version and has more power to cope with heavier loads and casting greater distances.
This model had everything required to cast a range of bombs and feeders while retaining enough sensitivity and forgiveness to play and land hard-fighting carp without problems.
Large Method feeders fully loaded with groundbait can weigh up to 5oz or 6oz, so the rod has to have enough power and backbone to be a seriously good casting tool. At the same time, the carbon blank needs to be soft enough with a semi through action to provide an effective shock absorber for playing and landing big fish. In this rod these opposing characteristics have been blended to perfection.
Ideal reel lines are 5lb to 8lb and both the slow taper glass tips at 3oz and 4oz help to soften and prolong the big bites which are so often experienced when fishing the Method.
This two-section rod can be made up ready for use, folded and stored in its own padded rod sleeve, which is supplied as a standard. The rod sleeve has a small upper internal pocket to hold the spare tips and the whole thing comes complete with three neoprene straps to help keep everything together.
On the outside is a clear pocket containing a number of white waterproof labels so you can clearly mark what the rod is set up for.

This model had everything required to cast a range of bombs and feeders while retaining enough sensitivity and forgiveness to play and land hard-fighting carp without problems.
Loaded Method feeders can, but not always, weigh a significant amount and to be able to cast these effortlessly and with accuracy a rod with more power is needed. If a rod is over-gunned it might cast feeders very well but can cause problems when playing the fish with hook pulls and line breakages the most common. Therefore getting the balance right between the two characteristics is important.
Suggested reel lines are in the range of 4lb to 8lb with hooklengths matched accordingly. Supplied with slow taper glass quiver tips of 2oz and 3oz which are ideal for the positive tactics associated with fishing the Method and big feeders.
At 11ft it is the most popular length, being short enough to tuck the rod tight to the bank and long enough to help with both playing fish and casting accuracy.

The Series 7 Puddle Chucker 12ft Carp Feeder is a powerful rod with an excellent fish playing action that is ideally suited to medium to large carp on commercial fisheries.
The longest in the family of three Carp Feeder rods, the 12ft is able to cast much longer distances and copes well with heavier leads and loaded feeders. The extra length affords plenty of control when battling carp around the marginal obstacles and there is still the required through action to help absorb sudden lunges and to minimise the possibility of hook pulls and line breakages.
For a powerful carp feeder rod, this blank still feels extremely light and well balanced. Accurate, long-distance casting of big feeders and Method feeders is no problem, yet the fish-playing action remains soft and forgiving. This helps to subdue big, hard-fighting fish and reduces the incidence of hook pulls, particularly under the rod tip.
Despite its name, this rod also makes an excellent river feeder rod for catching chub and barbel. It is best matched with 4lb to 8lb reel lines and the 3oz and 4oz slow taper glass quivertips are ideal for bite registration and blend in exceptionally well with the blank.
It is also designed to break down into two equal length sections with one of its quivertips in place, making it really convenient to set up and put away quickly.

The Series 7 Puddle Chucker 11ft Carp Feeder is an excellent fish playing rod that is ideal for carp and quality fish on commercial waters.
Slightly longer than the 10ft Carp Feeder but with similar attributes. The extra length will allow you to cast that bit further with ease, while maintaining good accuracy with heavier feeders. It still has that all-important shock-absorbing ‘through action’ with plenty of hidden power lower down to control good sized commercial carp.
With ideal reel lines between 4lb and 7lb this rod is a really versatile allrounder. It will cast anything from light bombs to big feeders and Method feeders and allow you to do so with accuracy and confidence.
The two glass quivertips at 2oz and 3oz give a softer, more prolonged bite indication which is ideal for stillwater fishing in general and carp in particular. The Red Range 10ft Method Feeder rod offers great value and is ideal for match-sized carp.
It has all the fish playing qualities of the 11ft Method Feeder, but the shorter 10ft (3.05m) length makes it more useful for confined swims and also enables you to bring fish closer to the bank for ease of netting.
The 10ft Method Feeder is more powerful than the Red Range 10ft Carp Feeder and perfectly at home casting large feeders and Method Feeders up to 45g accurately. It will comfortably handle ranges of up to 40 metres.
It's progressive through action absorbs sudden lunges and reduces the chance of hook pulls, allowing you to play quality fish with confidence.
The blank is finished in Drennan’s trademark Red Range burgundy with a cork and duplon handle, a screw-down reel seat and a neat keeper ring.
Although designed for commercial fisheries, this rod would also not be out of place for targeting quality fish on small rivers and streams.
