Ridge Monkey Line Control Arm

THE RidgeMonkey Line Control Arm accessory is designed to act as a ‘third hand’, for when you want to keep ‘finger pressure’ control on line peeling off a fixed-spool reel. A clever gizmo, it’s primarily aimed at bait-boat users.

The Line Control Arm clips onto the spool of most big pit-sized reels, providing just enough of a ‘check’ to control the flow of line without it spilling and tangling. It’s also foam-lined, to prevent line damage.

You could also use it for rowing a bait out into position, with the bale arm open, to keep line twist to a minimum.
